Dear Colleague and Friend: The Malta MR Radiographers Group (MMRRG) is
committed to organize educational events to address
the ongoing needs of continuous education in MR Imaging.
MRI is an imaging modality that is expanding and evolving rapidly, and thus
poses many challenges for the radiographer, radiologist, radiology resident,
referring clinicians as well as students. Our main objective is to support your
ambition to keep in touch with the basics and latest developments in this field.
In February 2012, MMRRG has teamed up with EuroMed Community of Radiographers to
organize a Scientific Symposium on Skeletal Diagnostics to facilitate a
discussion on technical and clinical aspects within this interesting
field. The course is therefore suitable for radiographers, radiologists, radiology residents,
medical doctors and medical physicists.
The EuroMed Community of Radiographers (EMCoR) was born in September 2011
as a natural and needed progression from the EuroMed Congress for Radiographers,
thus establishing a single community for European Radiographers.
It is an apolitical, non-profit organisation, exclusively and directly dedicated
to promoting and coordinating the scientific, philanthropic, intellectual and
professional activities of Radiography in all European countries. The EMCoR
therefore strives to be the leading professional organization in the medical
imaging community promoting a high level of professionalism in the field of
radiography, radiotherapy and associated imaging modalities.
The EMCoR will also be the forum for Radiography Managers and Educators who
together will develop the knowledge, skills and competences required to address
the current and future needs of medical imaging departments.
A certificate of attendance will be presented to all
delegates.
